Topic:  Leadership-Maximizing Opportunities

Synopsis:  Leadership is one of the most important factors that lead to a person’s success. Opportunities to develop our leadership potential can be found in the minutest daily event in our life. Maximizing them to one’s advantage will eventually lead to leadership as it weaves into the personality of the individual. Whatever titled or untitled position assumed (by the person), the character will manifest itself. In this session, we will delve into the different opportunities a person can take advantage of to develop his or her leadership potential.

Cristina Temblique has been in leadership roles in several high-profile organizations, having attained the level of excellence which many can only hope and strive for.  Her accomplishments include:  First woman in Asia to become International Director of Toastmasters International (2001-2003); twice awarded Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) - 1996 & 2000; and Excellence in Leadership Award 1999.  She believes in the basic goodness of a person and The Law of Nature:  What you send, comes back; What you sow, you reap; What you give, you get.
