To the members and guests of the District 80 Semi-Annual Convention:

On behalf of the World Headquarters staff and Toastmasters throughout the world, I extend our best wishes and congratulations on the occasion of your Semi-Annual Convention in Macau on November 24-26, 2006.

Your districts continuing success provides many people with the opportunity to participate in Toastmasters and improve themselves.  Imagine your District 25 years from now.  How many thousands of members will have attended clubs in your district and benefited?

The experiences that we have today help us and prepare us to help others in their quest for self-improvement.  I encourage each of you to share Toastmasters with your associates and friends this year; give them the opportunity to benefit from and enjoy the Toastmasters program that is so valuable to us.
